It was a passion from a young age...
Growing up on the East Coast of Australia, Elise always had a strong connection to the ocean, spending all her free time at the beach.
Her earliest memory of the discovery of her love for photography was from a trip with her Dad and Brother to South Africa. She was 10 years old and had this old compact digital camera on which she thought she was taking amazing photos. As she got older and her passion grew, she got her first DSLR camera at 15 and would wake up at the crack of dawn to follow her brother and friends down to the beach to capture them surfing. This was when she knew that this is all she ever wanted to do.
Growing up in a small town Elise developed a desire for travel and after turning 18 she set out for a solo adventure of a lifetime. Exploring new lands, experiencing new cultures and meeting all kinds of people she found her calling as a wandering nomad. While she took many photos of her travels just for her pure enjoyment, she never thought she could ever do this professionally. Following a few years of travelling and working odd jobs, Elise decided she needed to go after her dream.
Elise now spends her days travelling and capturing the raw pure moments of the natural world she sees, where each photo holds the unique momentum of time and memories that will last a lifetime...
